Inside Courtyard - Atrium
The Atrium (Large Hall) has acoustics (designed by Graner+Partner) that are optimal for all types of live events (concerts, plays, lectures, recitals…) and is especially suited for live transmission and recordings. The hall is furnished with state of the art acoustics as well as stage technology whereas the movable stage area offers an orchestra of about 120 musicians the same ideal working conditions as for one presenter. The translators’ cubicles are located in the area of the stage direction.
The Atrium offers space for 700 visitors in the hall itself or in the galleries on the upper sides where you can combine work and service optimally, i.e. light or exigently refined meals – like exclusive dinners in private boxes during recitals, readings, cultural events, etc.
The entire volume of the room is 7200 m³. The Atrium offers 681 seats (72 in the upper side galleries and 96 on stage). The 177-m² stage is adjustable in height (0 to 1.33 meters), the seats and infra-red headphones are suitable for handicapped visitors.
Inside the Trifolion
The Trifolion is a five-story building designed by the Echternacher Architekturbüro Niederweis (Ros Peter). The complete expanse incl. music school is 8500 m² of which more than about 1800 m² are divided as follows: Atrium, Agora, Foyer, Forum, Janus and the conference rooms A to D as well as the seminar room HME.
The Agora
The Agora
The Agora, as second hall, is suitable for smaller events of an audience of up to about 300 people. The hall, which has flexible use, has a 64-m² stage that is adjustable in height (0 to 1.33 meters). The Agora can be re-arranged for conferences, conventions, seminars or banquets (mobile cupboards and bars, screen for projectors…). The circular gallery of the hall lends the entire facility an imposing character.
The Foyer
The main entrance to the Trifolion is through the foyer. It adds a consistent dimension to the house whereas the numerous windows impart an impression of vastness and comfort. The Foyer can be re-arranged as needed thanks to the mobile bars and walls of the 348,2 m² area. The cloakroom is in the foyer while the toilettes are located on the first basement floor.

Convention, Seminar and Workshop Area
Besides the Agora, which can be used as a convention hall as well, the Trifolion has conference rooms of various sizes at its disposal that could also be used as a Business Center. Thanks to the giant sized windows you have a wonderful view of outside, as i.e. from Janus, where you have a unique view of the Basilica. All conference rooms are equipped with state of the art technology (multi-media, projectors, WiFi, flip charts…). Their total expanse is 135 m². You also have the possibility of utilizing the catering service and a kitchen at any time.
