David Goldrake: Enchanted Trifolion

Echternach has been brought in connection with mysticism and the supernatural for hundreds of years. Now David Goldrake has brought new luster into the city. In highly modern and technological times the magician is able to kidnap his audience in an incomparable way into a world of magic and illusion.

Assorted guests of the Echternach community which had been invited to the final rehearsal of his European Tour on Friday, March 7. 2009 in the Trifolion had the opportunity to experience Goldrake close-up.
The visitors feel the Magic in them, being encompassed by the show no matter if they are on the tiers or on the stage itself. Goldrake places great value in having contact with the guests: “My audience gives me energy, emotion and power. I actually use this in order to implement it on stage. And that is exactly what I give back to the audience just in my own way.”

A totally enchanted audience was left at the end of the evening. Time and space was lost somewhere between surrealism and reality in the course of the hours that passed.
The likable Luxembourgian stayed unperturbed in spite of the first performance of his new show.
His unofficial launch of the European tour in the Trifolion went well in Goldrake´s opinion. “Everything was perfect here. The Atrium in view of aesthetics is a super room. The acoustics are perfect, the stage dimensions fit, and the team is very well rehearsed and super prepared. I would come back any time because everything fits.”

The artist was at full capacity, although the final rehearsal in the Trifolion was just to get keyed up. The new elements that David Goldrake presented publicly for the first time are in tune to his already harmonious show.

Guaranteed a fascinating experience this weekend for the visitors of both „Imagine – An Evening of Grand Illusion“-events.
