Lise de la Salle first performed at Radio France when she was nine years old. When she was eleven, she enrolled at the Conservatoire National de Région de Paris, and at the age of 15, she attended the Conservatoire National Supérieur. This was the beginning of a dashing career. She will perform with the Dresdner Kapellsolisten, an ensemble created in 1994, and made up mainly by members of the famous “Sächsische Staatskapelle”. Helmut Branny, one of its contrabassists, is at the same time a renowned conductor much in
favour of historically accurate performances.
